Strategic Planning & Budgeting
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, import and export, Order to cash processes and transportation management.
Understand sales and marketing objectives
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and products availability.
High technical intelligence in Customer management and operation efficiency.
Ownership for one of the largest asset blocks in the company – Finished goods stock worth of over N500m naira
Source of critical information – stock levels, obsolete stocks, critical material supplies, OTIF, Distribution cost, etc
Supply & Demand replenishment planning, Warehouse capacity planning and Customer intelligence reporting.
BSc Degree and MBA preferably in Logistics and Supply chain management
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar field, preferably in an FMCG environment
Essential IT skills - MS Office. Having exposure/expertise in any ERP environment will be an advantage
Strong management, motivational and team building skills and experience in order to effectively manage, coach a large team.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate between various functions and external stakeholders
